CONFIRMED! “I Dream of NeNe: The Wedding” set for Fall airing!

As previously reported, Real Housewife of Atlanta NeNe Leakes teased her fans on Twitter and Facebook about a possible upcoming spin-off show following her second wedding to ex-husband Gregg by posting a couple of cryptic messages on the social networking sites!

Well, RHOA fans: I can confirm… the “I Dream of NeNe: The Wedding” rumour is TRUE!

Bravo have greenlighted the show which will follow The New Normal actress’ planning of her second wedding, following in the footsteps of RHOA co-star Kim Zolciak who had her own wedding spin-off called Don’t Be Tardy for the Wedding. Leakes will enlist the help of celebrity wedding planner Tiffany Cook and all her Atlanta co-stars and celebrity friends will be featured in the series. The show is set to air in the fall of this year.

This will be NeNe’s third venture into television outside of RHOA, appearing in The New Normal which also have a role as Coach Roz in the Fox musical drama Glee. 

I don’t know about you but I am DYING with excitement! Long live Queen NeNe!

Singer Demi Lovato has posted a picture of herself wearing no makeup at all on Twitter to encourage her fans to show their true beauty and we’re impressed… very impressed!

Even without the make-up, Demi still looks flawless! Lovato wants her fans to post pictures like hers without filters to show true beauty and being a good sport, she decided to lead by example.

In the tweet, Demi wrote: ”Ladies, be brave today…take off your make-up and stop using those filters!! WE are beautiful!!!” followed by the photo above. I think it’s inspirational that she is sending such a message and she certainly knows how to spread her feelings as pictures of celebrities without make-up blow up the internet nowadays! It’s kind of sad that such pictures make headlines but we’re happy to write about this one since it’s only for good purposes!

NEW VIDEO: “Work” – Iggy Azalea

Iggy Azalea released the music video for her new single “Work” today on Vevo and YouTube globally.

The video features Azalea in the middle of the American desert dressed in D&G miniskirt and top as well as Christian Louboutins. It follows her as she steals a mans keys (while giving him a very sexual lap dance) to his truck and drives to Hollywood where she struts up the Walk of Fame.

It also features her cycling in a trailer park wearing studded Louboutins and a cap, looking hella gangster indeed

The video pays homage to Priscilla, Queen of the Desert and has gained many positive reviews on Twitter from her fans. The single comes out on the 17th March in the UK, 18th for Europe and 19th for the USA.

Personally, Iggy Azalea is rapidly becoming one of my favourite artists with her spunky style and improving tracks. They only seem to get better and better… I’d keep my eye on this one if I were you.

Rapper Azealia Banks has released a preview of her new single from her debut album Broke With Taste Expensive Taste on Soundcloud prior to it’s release on iTunes of March 26th.

Banks incorporates unheard vocal styles such as “screamo”, which she dubbed it on her Twitter, and some of her rudest lyrics to date into YUNG RAPUNXEL. The single has received mixed feedback from her fans, some of them unused to the style of music she is going for. She has likened it to her breakthrough single and club hit 212. The single artwork is a black-and-white image of Banks yelling with her mouth copied and superimposed over her eyes creating a ghastly picture indeed. Banks has delayed the release of her album numerous times, and has kept to not announcing one in fear of disappointing fans yet again with false information. Broke With Expensive Taste was set to be released in February but instead was postponed to an unknown date. She released her mixtape Fantasea last year and embarked on a tour of the US and the UK to support it.

Her mouth has recently got her into trouble with celebrities such as Perez Hilton (calling him a “faggot”, much to the outcry of her gay fans and GLAAD) and Rita Ora, claiming she was “so thirsty” and that she jumped over her dances dressing room wall to meet them to her outrage. Some of her fans have grown tired of her chauvinist and big-headed opinion of herself, one taking to Twitter to insult her new single and her recent tirade of beef with fellow artists:

Myself as an Azealia fan have been recently disappointed in her behaviour on Twitter and her recent attitude towards other artists. My opinion is that if she keeps up his vanity, she will end up ruining her career before it even starts.

Supermodel and America’s Next Top Model presented Tyra Banks has been named the most popular model on social network with 12 million followers over Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. Victoria’s Secret model Adrianna Lima followed in second with model and Project Runway host Heidi Klum ensuing in third place with 3.5 million and 2.8 million followers across Twitter and Facebook respectively. 

Gisele Bundchen and Kate Upton also featured on the top 10 list. The results were compiled by Modelina, a website ranking the world’s models in order of their popularity on social networks. There was also a separate Instagram list in which Cara Delevingne and Miranda Kerr ranked highly in.

#LFW: Burberry Prorsum A/W13-14 Show Report + Pictures

Christopher Bailey pulled out all the stops today to bring Burberry’s most innovative and adventurous show to date today during London Fashion Week with his collection entitled Trench Kisses. Bailey is a bottomless pit of new ideas and developments which he puts into play to reinvigorate the historic label’s image and scene.

Trench coats were crossed with glossy semi-transparent bronze material and metal collars taking a step into the future, with the sleek gloss and innovation. Leopard print was a big part of the show, hardly seen during the fashion weeks so far, being found in tops and skirts. The animal prints brought out Burberry’s wild side, often matched with their stunning see-through bronze material as pencil skirts, as seen on Cara Delevingne. Love heart print was also spotted, adding a cute statement to the clothing to not be taken as seriously as it appears.

Staying true to Burberry fashion, brown, caramel, maroon and biscuit colours were all used to keep the brand at it’s roots. Bailey’s twist and intention to blossom the brand’s image into one which can be invigorated and made more complex while remaining true to it’s traditional beginnings definitely struck gold with myself and attendees as one of Burberry’s best collections along with a highlight of London Fashion Week.
